Southern Arizona's Pillsbury Wine Company is the evolution of a Dream-Come-True project by New Zealand Film Director and Winemaker Sam Pillsbury. He is committed to making quality wine from grapes only grown in Arizona.
Located in Cottonwood, Freitas Vineyards is a small micro winery that produces small quantities of intensely hand-crafted estate wines produced in the European tradition. The first wine vines were planted March 4, 2000. Our mission is to produce fruit forward wines, well balanced in flavor, color and aroma in order to stimulate and enhance your wine tasting experience.
Tasting Room Hours:
Sunday and Monday: 11am - 6pm
Tuesday: 1pm-6pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 11am-6pm
Friday - Saturday: 11am - 8pm
Be sure to join Pillsbury on Fridays from 5-8 pm for their Yappy Hour! $5 glasses of wine, bring your pooch and enjoy a glass!
